Fox Sports Online Online: Fox Sports, ESPN and the ESPN App launch live coverage of UFC 209

Fox Sports is adding live coverage for UFC 209, the promotion announced today.

The UFC announced Tuesday that it will stream the main card live on Fox Sports 1 and UFC Fight Pass.

UFC 209 takes place Aug. 22 at Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas.UFC Fight Pass, a digital platform operated by Fox Sports and the UFC, will stream all eight UFC events on UFC FightPass starting Aug. 27.

UFC Fight PASS subscribers can watch the event on the company’s website, Fox Sports GO, or on mobile apps.

Fox Sports and UFC are working to stream all UFC 209 bouts live to Fox Sports Go on iPhone and Android devices, and to the UFC’s official app.

The new live coverage will begin at 1 p.m.

ET (PT) and will stream live on the Fox Sports channel starting with the main event.

UFC 210, which takes place Sept. 13 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las, Nev., will also stream live.UFC 209, which is expected to take place in Las NV, will be headlined by former light heavyweight champion Anderson Silva vs. former UFC light heavyweight titleholder Tyron Woodley.

UFC 207 will feature a middleweight bout between former UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones and former UFC middleweight champion Cain Velasquez.UFC 210 will also feature former UFC bantamweight champion Sara McMann vs. Ronda Rousey.

UFC 211, which will be held Sept. 14 at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand, will feature former light middleweight titleholder Demetrious Johnson vs. current UFC lightweight champion Jose Aldo.UFC 211 is expected with a heavyweight bout between lightweight champion Demetrius Andrade vs. Jose Alduario.

UFC 212, which has yet to be confirmed, will see former UFC lightweight titleholder John Dodson vs. Conor McGregor.UFC 212 will be followed by a welterweight fight between former lightweight title challenger Matt Mitrione vs. Ryan Bader.UFC 213, which opens Aug. 29 at Las.

Vegas’ Mandalay-Henderson International Airport, will also be headlined with a lightweight fight between current lightweight title holder Jose Alde Jr. and UFC welterfly titleholder Lyoto Machida.UFC 214, which begins Aug. 30 at Los Angeles’ Staples Center, will air on Fox.UFC 215, which starts Sept. 1 at Los Altos Stadium in Inglewood, Calif., will be televised live on FOX Sports 1.UFC 216, which debuts Sept. 2 on FOX, will debut live on UFC.

UFC 217, which kicks off Oct. 2 at Los Alamos National Laboratory, will not be available on FOX.UFC 218, which concludes Oct. 4 at MGM Grand in Las Palmas, Calif.

UFC 219, which returns Sept. 7 at Mandalaya Bay Events Arena in Vegas, will live stream on FOX UFC 219 will feature the lightweight title bout between UFC welker Chad Mendes and former lightweight champion Frankie Edgar.UFC 219 is expected on FOX following UFC 219.UFC 220, which launches Oct. 8 at Las Cañanas Stadium in Las Cruces, N.M., will debut on FOX in conjunction with UFC 219 in Las Cañañas, Nev.UFC 221, which comes to Fox on Oct. 10, will premiere live on NFL Network.UFC 222, which arrives Oct. 12 on FOX and will be available via UFC Fightpass, will return to Fox following UFC 222 in Las Venegas, Calif..UFC 223, which follows on Oct, 15, at T-Mobile Arena in Carson, Calif, will begin streaming live on ESPN.

UFC 224, which hits the FOX network on Nov. 6, will start streaming live.

Fox will stream UFC 224 on Oct., 16, at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Calif and will continue to stream UFC 220 and UFC 223 in Las Mandalay.FOX Sports GO subscribers will also get live UFC 223 coverage.UFC 224 is expected in conjunction to UFC 223.UFC 223 is expected for Nov. 10 on FOX Network.
